September 2024 Residential Pickleball Weekend - Single Room, £270pp

Unlimited Pickleball All Weekend On 9 Dedicated Permanent Pickleball Courts!!

The Manor House Hotel, Fowley Cross, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 4NA

Date:

Friday September 27th at 14:00 until Sunday September 29th at 21:00.

Room check in: 15:00 Friday 8th. Room check out: 10:00 Sunday 10th. 

Over 30 hours of pickleball available, plus access to all the other world class facilities on site.

Various pickleball formats will be arranged throughout the weekend; Friendly Festival Play, Competitive Round Robin Mixers, Doubles Tournaments, Points Rush, Singles, and much more.

Play schedule to be devised based on event sign-ups.

Arrive from 14:00 at the Moorland Hall courts on Friday 27th September.

Play available from 14:00 Friday, all day Saturday 28th and until 21:00 on Sunday 29th September.

All of this is on nine permanent pickleball courts, on a carpet playing surface with no line markings other than for the pickleball courts. 

Food included:

Friday dinner, three meals Saturday and breakfast on Sunday all included.

A wide range from hot & cold buffets at every meal.

Other meals available from the venue directly; Lunch (Friday or Sunday) extra £12 per person. Dinner (Sunday) extra £20 per person.

Other Activities Included:

Golf, Bowling, Tennis, Padel, Badminton, Crafts, Hydro Spa, Swimming, Curling, Snooker, e-sports, Archery, Shooting & a lot more activities are all available throughout the weekend too.

Pricing:

The cost of the event is £270 for one person in a single room for two nights (Fri-Sun), including food and activities as described above. This includes 3 days of pickleball, 2 nights of accommodation & 5 meals.

Optional extra nights in your room can be booked for just £100 per night. Just let us know about the extras you'd like after you've booked (at least a week before the event) but pay the venue directly for all extras, when you arrive/check-in.  .

• Cancellation and refund requests must be made at least 15 days before the start of the event. 
• Registration fees are refundable until 15 days beforehand, less a 20% fee for transaction fees, administration & booking cancellation costs.
• By attending the event, participants acknowledge the potential for property loss or personal injury as a result of the activity, and agree not to hold the activity provider liable in the event of a dispute.
