Hampshire Court Hotel, Basingstoke, RG24 8FY.

The venue has a bar, water station, toilets, etc. on the corridor alongside the courts.

The Tournament will provide some refreshments such as squash, bananas and biscuits.

The entry fee for this division is £35 per player.

All entries are per player, not per pair.

Players will need to specify their playing partners via e-mail to steve@pickleb.co.uk

The specific timings depend on division sizes on the day, and the schedule will be emailed out on the Monday evening before the event starts.

Spectators are restricted to the corridor, not in amongst the courts, due to space, liability & insurance.

By purchasing entry, you agree to the following:

• Cancellation and refund requests must be made at least 15 days before the start of the event. 
• All refunds for cancellations more than 15 days before the event will be made minus a £15 fee to cover transaction fees, platform fees & admin fees.
• Tournament organisers can combine divisions and move players between divisions, as this can be necessary for a round robin to function.
• By attending the event, participants acknowledge the potential for property loss or personal injury as a result of the activity, and agree not to hold the activity provider liable in the event of a dispute.
• Submission of Tournament results is at the discretion of the organisers.
• Agree to follow any Covid-19 related requirements
• Promise to follow pickleballEngland code of conduct and uphold pickleballEngland values.
• Signing this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs may be taken at this event and I give permission to PickleB to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied & supervised by a responsible adult."
