JOOLA Pickleball Festival in Sussex

We are delighted to announce that we are offering a Pickleball Festival to be held at The Triangle, Burgess Hill, which is close to the A23.

This event has all your usual festival fun across six courts with the opportunity for some more competitive play for those that want it in the afternoon.

The registration fee for the event is £30.

• Registration from 8.00am
• Courts 8am-6pm - 10 hours of play!!

Festival play is free for all tournament players at the event that day.

The Festival is being organised by Steve Beale & Simon Farr.

THE VENUE

The Festival will be held at The Triangle, Burgess Hill, RH15 8WA. 

UK Pickleball Shop will be retailing and demonstrating JOOLA paddles.

There is a Costa behind reception.

The Festival will provide refreshments such as squash, bananas and biscuits.

FESTIVAL FORMAT

• The majority of play will follow a festival style of friendly play.  
• For first timers, you ask at the admin table to be allocated to a court and when the court frees up, you and 3 others play a game to 11, win by 1 before freeing the court up for the next players.  
• Courts will be arranged for players of all experience and ability levels to get close games with players at a similar level.  This includes beginners, as a festival format is the perfect introduction to playing at an event.
• You can play with and against people you choose to play with, by letting us know at the admin board. You can ask as a group when you request a court or be paired up with some new friends in the making!
• There will also be some opportunities for more competitive players to get involved in some competitive play.

FESTIVAL SCHEDULE

Check-in will open at 08.00 and the courts will be in use continuously until just before 18.00.

By purchasing entry, you agree to the following:

• Cancellation and refund requests must be made at least 15 days before the start of the event. 
• Registration fees are non-refundable but division entry fees will be refunded up to the date of registration closing.
• Tournament organisers can combine divisions and move players between divisions.
• By attending the event, participants acknowledge the potential for property loss or personal injury as a result of the activity, and agree not to hold the activity provider liable in the event of a dispute.
